ABOUT THE 8-WEEK SUMMER SHRED PROGRAM

Are you wanting that “summer body” or just to feel better and have more confidence? CrossFit Nexus has the program for you! THIS PROGRAM IS BEGINNER FRIENDLY!

Our 8-Week Summer Shred program combines high repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target those stubborn areas of body fat. The workouts can be modified to any level. Learn to use dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, your own bodyweight, and more to get an effective, full-body workout – without a barbell or complicated exercises! Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique through weight loss and/or toning.

By participating in this program, you are going to see results! We will keep you on track by holding you accountable throughout the program. We will kick the program off with a one-hour nutrition and mindset workshop on Sunday, June 3 at 4:00 p.m.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 7:30 a.m.

OR

Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 8:30 a.m.

When are your classes?

The Summer Shred program is offered at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or 7:30 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday through June and July.

How long are your classes?

Our classes are 45 minutes long and include a full warm up, workout, and a cool down, which makes it easy to fit a complete workout into a busy schedule.

Who is this program for?

This program is for anyone interested in improving their overall quality of life. Our members range from former pro athletes to grandmothers in their mid-sixties. We can help you regardless of where you are in your fitness journey.

But what If I am REALLY out of shape and super nervous?

Most of the people we work with were once in your shoes. Trust me when I tell you, you’ll be totally fine. Take the first step and come talk with us, you have nothing to lose.

I have an injury. Can I still do the program?

In short, yes. Our Summer Shred program is scalable, meaning we can work around old injuries, tight muscles, and creaky joints.

I am vegetarian/vegan can I still do the program?

Absolutely. Our nutrition coaching is completely customized to your lifestyle, so we can work with you regardless of your dietary restrictions.

What if I can’t make it every day to train?

That’s just fine. Summer is a busy time for many. We do recommend that you commit to making at least 3/4 of the classes, however.

Do you have parking?

Fear not! We have parking spaces galore.

Is there another time available?

Possibly! If you want to do the program but need a different time, go ahead and schedule a No Sweat Intro. If we have enough interest in another time, we’ll make it happen.
